The majority of Ayush's herbal ingredients are grown and harvested in the Himachal Pradesh region of India, with manufacturing occurring at their fully-owned, state-of-the-art facility in Nagrota Bagwan. The facility is ISO and GMP certified, run under the supervision of Mr. Jitender Sodhi. Close attention is paid to the overall condition of each plant, including health and development, root size, and harvest schedule to ensure optimal potency and quality.
Using the latest technology, their team of biotechnicians and doctors performs Stringent quality control at Ayush's laboratories. Manufacturing occurs in temperature, humidity, and dust-controlled rooms to prevent cross-contamination and product deterioration. Additionally, each piece of equipment is individually sterilized before each production run. All of these measures are ensured to provide a product that is fresh, natural, sanitary, and free of adulterants of any kind.
Ayush’s herbal-extraction methods obtain maximum levels of active principles and full-spectrum extracts, which are spray-dried, oven-dried, or freeze-dried. As the extracts are concentrated, they encounter further inspection for heavy metals and microbiological testing. Finally, each batch is hygienically packed and samples are tagged and kept for future reference. Additional testing by third parties is performed on formulations, ensuring that each product meets Ayush’s high standards of excellence.
